November 30, Morning

First of all, the scale was my friend this AM.  335.6lbs.  Definitely an improvement.

Dinner November 29

One of my biggest struggles this semester has been to figure out a good time to eat dinner consistently.  I have class on Monday and Thursday at 4:30.  This interferes with eating around 6, which is when I like to eat.  I often have ate early like today, but it leaves me hungry at 8 or so.  Definitely frustrating

Lunch today was the same as yesterday, except with light mayo instead of regular mayo

November 29th Breakfast

Started off this morning taking my wife to work.  She is working in Lafayette this week, and I do not like the shiny new car sitting at her work if I do not have to have it.

Semi-Sucessful

Only had one piece of pizza. 
320 calories
meaning I had around 2,450 calories.  Not great but better then what it has been in the past.  My daily goal is 1,600 to 1,800 calories, but it will take time to get there.  I did not run today as I literally destroyed the inside of my legs this weekend working.  Weak excuse

The Beginning

Lets start at the beginning, August 2002, I moved home from Grand Rapids, MI after a nasty break up and a long struggle at GVSU.  I needed to make several changes.  One of them was to my health.  I weighed 327 lbs, and had a sore back and side.  A little over 1 year later, I weighed 223 lbs.   Now 8 years later I weigh 342 lbs.  It is time for a change, and this I hope will help motivate that change, with a daily blog of my feelings, thoughts, emotions and eating and workouts.

November 28- Definitely not a good start to a day.  342lbs.  The biggest I have ever been.  I could have puked this morning.  Definitely time to change and to improve.
